Video: Chemist urges ban on helium for party balloons



>>> not to spoil your next birthday party , but a british chemist is urging a ban on the use of helium for party balloons . he says helium is a rare gas and it's too precious to be wasted on nonessential items. he says it's vital to medical procedures including mri scans, and it's naturally occurring and can't be manufactured. dr. peter olvers says in 50 years time our children will say i can't believe they used such a precious material to fill balloons. no reaction as of yet from british 5-year-olds.
